Timberlea

While Milton as a whole makes for an exceptional place to raise a family, Timberlea stands out as one of the town’s top family-oriented neighbourhoods. Located right in the heart of town, Timberlea retains a close-knit, small-town feel while still offering great walkability and access to amenities.

As one of the first-developed areas of Milton, Timberlea’s homes were mostly constructed during the seventies and eighties. As a result, homes in Timberlea boast certain features you’ll have a hard time finding elsewhere in town – such as spacious front and back yards, extra lot space, and mature foliage.

Beaty

Offering a little bit of everything, it’s not hard to see why Beaty is one of Milton’s most sought-after neighbourhoods. Home to well-ranked schools, all the essential amenities, parks,  leisure centres, and more, Beaty offers a balanced, high-convenience lifestyle that caters to a wide demographic of residents.

A newer area, buyers in Beaty have a wide selection of real estate to choose from, including a strong stock of newly constructed properties. Along with larger detached and semi-detached homes for families, Beaty also offers more compact options like townhomes and duplexes. These smaller properties work well for first-time buyers, downsizers, and even dedicated investors.

Dempsey

Another standout neighbourhood in Milton is Dempsey. While there’s a lot to love about this community, its main selling point is its commutability. Not only is Dempsey the closest neighbourhood to Toronto on the map, but it’s also the most accessible. Located right next door to Milton Go Station and just minutes from the 401 and 407 highways, getting from Dempsey to the surrounding GTA is unparalleled. When traffic is light, downtown Toronto is less than an hour away by vehicle.

Scott

Located in Milton’s northwestern corner, Scott is a newer neighbourhood known for its high-end flair, proximity to the escarpment, and remarkable green spaces. Thanks to the neighbourhood’s abundance of upscale homes, Scott has become a preferred destination for luxury-minded buyers. Here you’ll find some of the largest and most ornate properties in town, with many falling in the multi-million dollar range.

Beyond just upscale properties, Scott residents enjoy the neighbourhood’s many sprawling green spaces which include the Indian Creek Trail – a beautiful nature reserve replete with lush trees, winding trails, and local wildlife.
